Relevance Deprivation Syndrome: John Alexander “weighs in” on gun control

fouadmin October 19, 2017 John Howard, Las Vegas, News, NFA, USA 2 Comments

From the virtue signallers at SBS:

“A Turnbull government MP has used parliament to lambast the United States for allowing its citizens to use guns to inflict more damage than all of its enemies combined. Liberal backbencher John Alexander, a former tennis professional who lived and worked in the country for several years and owned houses in Atlanta, said the US was top of Australia’s “best friends list” and its staunchest ally.

It has been the world’s policeman and the greatest force for peace wherever peace is threatened, he told the lower house on Monday.

“It is therefore difficult to reconcile that the US is empowering its own people to do to themselves greater destruction of human life than the combined forces of all enemies over the past 150 years,” Mr Alexander said.

“Until you control gun ownership, you are your own worst enemy.”

It’s not the first time this guy has weighed in on firearms, being part of the “Friends of Gun Control” parliamentary authoritarian cadre.

But what do you expect? John Alexander: a guy who played professional sport for a living, “lived in the US” and apparently by extension becomes a credible authority on firearms and then inherited a safe Liberal seat, which just happened to be formerly owned by John Winston Howard prior to his famous dumping. Fair to say where the marionette strings are coming from.

The mistake Alexander makes is believing anyone in the US, or Australia, cares about what he thinks about firearms.

I think we can safely file this one under the “cash for comment” category.

Oh it gets worse by the day! I hate this guy now! I thought he was a classy commentator and great tennis player. Now I view him as evil. He hasn’t played tennis in decades! I don’t know where these guys get off… Why doesn’t he sell his houses there. He’s a privileged bastard that’s never experienced hardship!

The worse thing is Washington involving itself with Middle Eastern wars, not the gun ownership! But then again like his buddy John Howard was a warmonger himself. Sent troops to Afghanistan 5 years after the major gun control thing. Demonic hypocrisy!

Just because John Alexander has a good Australian accent, doesn’t mean he’s a good person!

He’s evil like the other John. Never talks about disarming the police like UK or New Zealand!

Firearm Owners United

Firearm Owners United was founded in response to the many hysterical voices crying out for further gun control in this country. We already go through so many hoops to get our firearms as it is. We do not need more hoops. We don’t need a mother/father figure deciding what’s the best for us. We are Law Abiding Firearm Owners, and we are sick of being treated like second-class citizens.
