Violent crime bonanza as Australian legacy media idiots posture over gun control

fouadmin February 28, 2018 MSM, News, Self Defence Leave a Comment

As the sanctimonious lecturing of Americans continued apace in the Australian legacy media, there was a distinct lack of own backyard awareness:

First:

“A WOMAN sleeping near her young child feared for her life as masked African males held a knife to neck during a home invasion in Albion early this morning. The men armed themselves with a hammer and knife from the garage of the Anderson Road, Albion home before entering through a locked window about 1.30am.”

And then another amnesty dodger:

“Four men armed with baseball bats and a gun have robbed a man in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

The victim, a 25-year-old man, was driving down Hawthorn Road at Burwood East about 4am on Tuesday when a dark coloured vehicle pulled out of a side street, causing him to stop. Three passengers, armed with two baseball bats and a gun, demanded the man get out of the car, stealing his wallet and mobile phone before assaulting him.”

Throw in a few stabbings for good measure:

“Two people are dead and another is fighting for life following three separate stabbings overnight.

An air ambulance has been called to Fyfe Street in Hamilton in the state’s west where a man aged in his 50s is fighting for life this morning. Meanwhile, a man, 48, is in custody after a man died from stab wounds in Heidelberg Heights around 1am. It’s believed to have been known to the deceased.

Police are yet to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the death and the investigation is ongoing. And in the most recent case, two people have been arrested after an alleged stabbing in Meadow Heights this morning. Emergency services were called to a Malmsbury Drive home about 5.30am where they discovered a body. The dead man, aged in his 70s, had stab wounds. A man, 57, and woman, 26, were arrested at the scene.”

The firearms registry will surely track this one down:

Shots have been fired into a restaurant in Melbourne’s northwest.

Police were called to the Keilor Road restaurant at Niddrie about 4.15am on Wednesday after reports of shots being fired into the property. The restaurant was closed and no one was injured.

And another attack on the elderly:

Quick, someone blame the NRA!

There were plenty of others, particularly on the home invasion tip, but you get the idea and as expected the “just call the Police crowd” are already in apologist mode.

Mainstream Australia really needs to get over this ridiculous fear of self-defence and start putting it on the table. The state has proven consistently that it can’t protect you and while our crime rates may not be as high as other countries, the right to protect your life trumps the rights of crooks willing to do you harm.

The right to self-defence is useless without access to the legal means to self-defence and until Australians start demanding the tools to enact this, then angry comments on social media threads that produce nothing every time incidents like the aforementioned happen, is about as far as it will go.

Maybe one day Neil Mitchell will get the rank hypocrisy in his anti-gun stance and simultaneous outrage at people being defenceless in their own homes.

Not until the money dries up at the Alannah and Madeline Foundation at least.

Firearm Owners United

Firearm Owners United was founded in response to the many hysterical voices crying out for further gun control in this country. We already go through so many hoops to get our firearms as it is. We do not need more hoops. We don’t need a mother/father figure deciding what’s the best for us. We are Law Abiding Firearm Owners, and we are sick of being treated like second-class citizens.
