More gun crime as media lose their minds about Tasmanian Liberal proposals

With voters going to the polls in Tasmania and the Turnbull Government, with the help of the mainstream media, going all out to scare the public over reasonable changes to the firearm laws, there was another day of gun crime across the country.

In the most liveable city:

“A man has been shot and killed in a home in Melbourne’s west in the early hours of Saturday. Emergency services were called to the Sunshine North home about 12.40am where they found a man with gunshot wounds.

He was already dead when they arrived at the Oxford Street property. The man is yet to be formally identified. A 56-year-old Sunshine North man was arrested at the scene and on Saturday morning was assisting Homicide Squad detectives with their investigation.”

In Queensland:

Police are investigating after a firearm was discharged into a unit in Wynnum West overnight. Officers were called to Bernays Road at 9.20pm after reports that a firearm had fired into a window.

An unknown person was seen leaving the area in a car. Extensive patrols were conducted however the vehicle and the person were not located. No one was injured as a result of the incident and investigations are continuing.

And how about a stabbing for something different:

And back to the most liveable city:

If those two gentlemen had decided to go on a shooting spree instead of a bank robbery, it shows you just how easily it can happen again. You’re not safer.

Kudos to the tradie for having a go and great to see some Aussie spirit still in the community, although we would not advise going unarmed against a firearm and it’s incredibly lucky he was not shot. But realistically, what choice did he have? He’s not even allowed to carry a pepper spray to protect himself and as usual the Police get there after it is over.

Just another day in the nation of victims.

Bask in your moral superiority about being defenceless and lecture those Americans, post haste!

Firearm Owners United

Firearm Owners United was founded in response to the many hysterical voices crying out for further gun control in this country. We already go through so many hoops to get our firearms as it is. We do not need more hoops. We don’t need a mother/father figure deciding what’s the best for us. We are Law Abiding Firearm Owners, and we are sick of being treated like second-class citizens.
