#nationofvictims – Defenceless WA grandmother attacked by chainsaw-wielding home invader

fouadmin December 09, 2017 Home Invasion, News, Self Defence, WA Police, Western Australia 5 Comments

Seems like even Leatherface has seen the opportunity in the disarmed #nationofvictims:

“A Perth grandmother has been left terrified after she woke up to a man hacking at her house with a chainsaw.

Security vision captured the hooded man taking the weapon to the front door in Yanchep just before 6am on Thursday. Bev Miller was asleep with her six-year-old granddaughter inside when the man started smashing the door before moving on to the window.

“I screamed through the window, which was a bit stupid, and he came at me with the chainsaw,” Ms Miller said.

“He smashed one side and I ran inside and closed the doors and everything.”

Ms Miller said the chainsaw missed hitting her face by centimetres.

Her granddaughter was woken by the screaming. Police are investigating and are yet to find the man responsible.”

Good to see that those newly equipped semi-auto rifle wielding WA Police turned up in time to stop it…oh wait.

This also happened in Port Macquarie last year. It also happened in self-defence in Townsville earlier this year. Good guy with a chainsaw?

So does anyone from any of the major parties or Gun Control Australia want to jump in here?

Time for common sense chainsaw laws?

Centralized storage of chainsaws?

You’re all for professional loggers and arborists having access but these kinds of chainsaws only serve one purpose?

While it’s unknown if the parties were known to each other that’s not the point – this woman and her granddaughter could have easily been killed or injured but instead she’s only legitimately psychologically traumatized – comforting to know. If the man, likely drug affected, had accessed the house then this woman was toast with no way to defend herself  and her granddaughter and the usual idiots shouting “use a cricket bat” or “use wasp spray” would suddenly be nowhere to be seen.

If this woman even had so little as a sub-compact, this guy could have been dealt with very quickly.

Until the public actually start demanding access to proper self-defence tools, instead of being hopelessly dependent on the Police turning up 30 minutes too late to take notes, then these kinds of incidents in Australia that we have seen with increasing regularity, will continue.

Imagine if this guy had jumped on a train or walked into a classroom.

The crims know they have the upper hand and that the courts are soft, it’s up to the public if they want to take it back.

    ☞So does anyone from any of the major parties or Gun Control Australia want to jump in here?☜

    no…but…i will…..

    here’s another case that could and should make its way to the HCA…. if it was funded properly by the SSAA
    (on them: more anon)

    in fact: this would be an ideal case b’cs of the public sympathy angle vis á vis an old granny/pensioner being attacked in her own home by a psycho’ thug…in fact: by a ☻ psycho thug to boot unless my eyes do deceive me……

    so…here’s the “procedure”……
    i/she makes an application for a s/lc ASAP on the basis of “self-defence” and imminent harm from ☻gang☻-banger related violence;
    ii/the afore-said application is knocked back;
    iii/she then appeals to the County or District Court;
    iv/(knocked back)
    v/she then appeals to the SCoWA;
    vi/(knocked back)
    vii/she then appeals to the HCA … whilst simultaneously suing both WA-pol and WA gov’ for breach of duty of care…..
    (unless, of course, they agree to provide police protection 24/7)

    all the while…massive media attn. is being generated….and…hope-fully…..the likes of Leyonhjelm and/or PHON pull their collective fingers OUT and ensure it all gets maximum media exposure….

    of course…it all hinges on the SSAA….but…..as they say: “Houston….we have a problem!”…..

    the problem is that the SSAA leader-ship is top HEAVY with under-cover coppers and current or ex-ASIO agents…so….expecting them to do any-thing is like expecting a one-legged man to run a four-minute mile….

    and…there we have it!

    there we have the ROOT of all our problems and why we can never seem to get any ‘traction’ against the gun-grabbers in AUssie….the SSAA is controlled opposition….infiltrated from top-to-bottom with fifth columnists…
    first cab-off-the-rank…get RID of the SSAA and ensure that they are replaced with a much more radical and diverse org…..preferably one without a pyramidal-type management structure which the gun-grabbers and TPTB can infiltrate and subvert….

    these so-and-so`s have a long, long history of STUFFING UP any challenges or changes to Howard’s vicious gun-grab laws…..they are nothing but crooks and saboteurs…nothing good can be said abt them, period!

    they have got to GO…..the sooner the better…..they are an albatross around the neck of decent gun laws in this country…..

    their time is UP!

    note
    any-one doubting my allegations concerning the SSAA should contact Mr Ron Owen of Owen Guns, Gympie, Qld…..either by ‘phone or via his FaceBook pg….

      As others have said, nothing stopping you from doing it. If you’re really determined you could find the money to do it.

      Otherwise you’re just another keyboard warrior who wants someone else to do it for him and doesn’t want to take the risk, but also wants to be able to criticise it every step of the way if its not done to his specifications.

      The amount of time and energy you put in to writing diatribes on this site could be spent achieving that goal.

        yeh?

        nothing stopping you from doing it either, is there?
        oh…BTW…just how do you suggest i find the money ($AUseveral million$) to do it, eh?

        but….why the HELL should any ‘punter’ have to do it?
        this is a job for a well-funded org’ like the SSAA….

        but…of course…they won’t do it……

        as to why not….see my abv post…..

          I’m not the one complaining about what should happen. Stop deflecting and own your argument.

          Yes I caught your other post where you allege that the SSAA is controlled opposition. While that might be true you then want this same controlled opposition to perform a high court challenge? Right.

          Tieing yourself up in knots. You’re just another all talk, no action guy. Divert your energy into something productive.

Firearm Owners United

Firearm Owners United was founded in response to the many hysterical voices crying out for further gun control in this country. We already go through so many hoops to get our firearms as it is. We do not need more hoops. We don’t need a mother/father figure deciding what’s the best for us. We are Law Abiding Firearm Owners, and we are sick of being treated like second-class citizens.
